From 1982 member of the editorial board of "Medicina Psicosomatica" (Journal of the Italian Society of Psychosomatic Medicine), and Chief Editor of the Journal since 1992. Member of the Societá Italiana di Biofeedback (SIB), Fondazione Italiana per lo Studio della Schizofrenia (FIS), Societá Italiana di Psichiatria (SIP) and of Societá Italiana di Psicopatologia (SOPSI).

Since 2000, member of the Organizing Commetteee of the Annual National Congress of SOPSI (organizer of the CME Courses).

Two books and over 150 chapters and articles on edited books and national and international journals on the topics of psychoneuroendocrinology of stress, psychosomatics of cardiovascular disorders and clinical psychopharmacology.
