All Authors must disclose any financial and personal relationships with other people or organizations that could inappropriately influence (bias) their work. Upon submission Authors will be required to declare funding, competing interests and to indicate whether ethical approval was sought. This information must also be inserted into the manuscript under the 'Acknowledgements' section with the headings below.
